The new economic models that an organization must lead quickly to respond to the various changes caused by those involved in the markets. This imbalance causes natural systems that an organization must change its static model in order to respond efficiently to changes that occur.
Given a constant state of change innovation should be the tool to link the strategic activities with the operational actions, carried through to the practical field tool projects. That triangle, Projects, Innovation and Strategy (SIP) provide the support on which the organization takes the lead. To link these edges must resort to the use of models of management, technology, skills and interpersonal communication skills and business.
Therefore, the SIP can be considered as a standard in which these three concepts: Strategy is the starting point, then innovation as important feature of the strategy and means or process to channel and product development strategy, and then finally Projects tool to achieve strategic objectives posed innovative. Must to be essential before any further action that implemented initiatives which add to the strategy as links in a chain, represent a real contribution of value in the changes planned by the organization.
