摘要:
Innovation is referred to as \"the implementation of a new or significantly improved product (goods or service), or process, a new marketing method, or a new organizational method in business practices, workplace organization or external relations\". Innovation Management Systems (IMS) have recently been introduced and implemented in Tunisia by the German Technical Cooperation (GIZ) within the multiple innovation Programs: INNOV\'30, INNOV\'60, INNOV\'2010 and I9. IMS is defined in a Guideline of Good Practices and in a recent Tunisian standard: NT 111. 332 (December 2012). The innovation implementation in a company encompasses a four-step process. These steps are listed as follows: Launching, Implementing of favorable structure and environment for innovation, Implementing the innovation process and Assessment. The study cases of four companies that have implemented IMS show that the implication and management commitment as well as the culture of the company and the quality of the implementation and application are the main success factors of the approach. The contribution of GIZ management innovation programs is undeniable in Tunisia. It is, so far, the sole approach adopted and fully functioning.
